Basic Training Refresher

Course Duration: 3 Days (24 Hours)

This USCG approved 24-hour Basic Training (STCW) Refresher course is for all seafarers who already have a Basic STCW certificate and must take the compulsory refresher course (once every 5 years). During the STCW Basic Safety Training refresher course your memory will be refreshed on how to act in various emergency situations on board of a ship. The training consists of refreshing the Personal Survival Techniques, Elementary First Aid, Personal Safety and Social Responsibilities, and Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting modules. The objective of this course is to provide appropriate recurrent training or instruction to survive at sea in the event of ship abandonment.
